Join the NSTG Community

North Shore Therapy Group (NSTG) is built around the idea that counsellors shouldn’t have to choose between the independence of private practice and the connection of being part of a team.

At NSTG, each counsellor maintains their own independent practice, with control over the parts of their business that matter most to them—such as their rates, clients, waitlist, schedule, areas of focus, and how they choose to grow their practice. At the same time, we share many of the resources and connections that can make private practice easier and less isolating.

Depending on your needs, shared resources can include things like office space, website presence and marketing, Jane, Zoom, and opportunities for collaboration with other counsellors in the space.

We also want NSTG to be a community that supports thoughtful, ethical, and high-quality counselling.

Optional group consultation is offered twice monthly and is open to all counsellors renting within the space as well as others in our community. Our hope is to create opportunities to share knowledge, consult with colleagues, learn from one another, and feel more connected while still maintaining independence in our individual practices.

We are looking for counsellors who value community and collaboration, want to grow and maintain their own business, and care deeply about providing ethical, thoughtful, high quality, client-centred care.

If this sounds like the kind of private practice environment you have been looking for, contact Chloe for more information. I look forward to hearing from you,

Chloe

Our counsellors are independent practitioners who come together as part of the North Shore Therapy Group community. Each therapist manages their own practice, and clients work directly with their chosen counsellor for services, scheduling, billing, and clinical records.
